How to make Holography sticker?
step1. Master origiantion shooting to make master and silvering glass master.
step2. Electronic forming to make operation mater nickel shim
step3. Hard embossing to make holographci sticker (soft embossing to make Holography film). Tamper evident effect of Holography sticker comes from embossed metallized film.
step4. Laminating to laminate silicon paper(liner) together with embossed Holography metallized film
step5. Die-cutting can be automatic die-cutting and munual die-cutting

5. Narrow Hard Web Embosser
Narrow web hard embosser is the machine to emboss Holography image onto base material such as aluminum metallized PET film, transparent PET film, aluminum foil,etc. It's very simple manufacturing process with very low cost. Holography image is compressed by three cylinder with air pressure without ink.
6. Laminator
To laminate silicon paper(liner) and Holography film together by adhensive. Adehensive (usually, solvent based) is same adhensive for normal self-sticker.
7. Wide Web Soft Embosser
To emboss transparent Holography film in wide web width up to 1200mm. The base material can be BOPP, PET and PVC film.
8. Holography Sticker Automatic Die-cutting Machine
This machine die-cut Holography sticker precisely and fast in roll format.
9.Manul Die-cutting punch
Manul die-cutting punch can die-cut sticker into sheetin size of 160mm*160mm. It die-cut panel by panel.
